04Deposits & Withdrawals

All rules relating to financial transactions on the bgd99 platform are detailed below.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (including major commercial banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).
• Deposits must be made using only your own payment account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be forfeited.
• Deposit amounts are generally credited to your account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The applicable wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.

05Bonuses & Promotions

bgd99 offers various bonus offers for registered members. All terms relating to bonuses are described below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• ৳32,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (on the bonus amount). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 Additional Bonus Terms

• The validity period and usage conditions may differ for each bonus offer.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once — attempting to claim the same bonus more than once is prohibited.
• Bonus funds do not convert to real money until the wagering requirement is met.
• bgd99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• In cases of promotional abuse, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

06Gaming Rules

• Betting outcomes depend on the official result of the relevant match.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Operating games using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting the bonus system through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to gain an advantage by exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Participating in collaborative betting or match-fixing activities.

07User Conduct

All members on the bgd99 platform must maintain respectful and lawful conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Threatening, harassing, or disrespectful behaviour towards other members or staff of the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain an advantage through credit card chargebacks or payment fraud.

In the event of any of the above violations, bgd99 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action.

• All transactions and personal information are protected by SSL encryption.
• bgd99 will never sell your personal information to third parties.
• No information will be disclosed except where required by law or by order of the relevant authority.

09Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure Initiated by the User

Any member may request closure of their account at any time. Any eligible balance should be withdrawn before closure. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.

9.2 Suspension or Closure Initiated by bgd99

bgd99 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or fraud.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• Suspected money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Extended period of account inactivity.

In the event of account closure, bgd99 undertakes to return verified real deposits, however bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited.

10Limitation of Liability

• If loss occurs due to user negligence or account access by an authorized third party.

11Terms Changes

bgd99 reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes:
